ExecutiveMatch.ai provides executive search and recruitment services for qualified businesses. We specialize in placing CFOs, CMOs, and other senior executives in companies with $20M–$100M in revenue.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their hiring needs and to make timely decisions regarding candidates presented. Any offer extended to a candidate must include compensation terms consistent with what was disclosed to ExecutiveMatch.ai.

3. Fees & Guarantee

Our standard placement fee is 25% of the hired executive's first-year compensation. We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee if the hired candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons.

4. Confidentiality

All candidate information shared by ExecutiveMatch.ai is confidential and may not be shared with third parties without written consent.
